ElectriK es un punto de encuentro para el debate, la reflexión y la creación. A la vez laboratorio conceptual y espacio expositivo, ElectriK actúa como un catalizador de ideas y diálogo. En él confluyen distintos formatos y expresiones artísticas: desde la fotografía hasta la literatura, la arquitectura, el pensamiento o las artes plásticas; desde el aprendizaje práctico hasta la experimentación teórica. ElectriK organiza workshops, ciclos de conferencias, recitales literarios, e intervenciones de artistas de diferente recorrido, entre otras actividades.
Fundado por el artista fotógrafo Jordi Bernadó, ElectriK es una continuación del trabajo que éste realiza en su estudio: tender puentes entre espacios y creadores a nivel local e internacional, y así promover el cruce e intercambio de disciplinas.
ElectriK is a common ground for debate, reflection and creation. Both a conceptual laboratory and an exhibition space, ElectriK acts as a catalyst for ideas and dialogue. It brings together different formats and artistic expressions: from photography to literature, architecture, philosophy or plastic arts; from practical learning to theoretical experimentation. ElectriK organises workshops, conferences, public readings, and interventions by artists from backgrounds, among other activities.
Founded by the artist photographer Jordi Bernadó, ElectriK is a continuation of the work he carries out in his studio. It aims to build bridges between spaces and creators, both locally and internationally, and thus promote the crossing and exchange of disciplines.

En esta conferencia, Roger Grasas compartirá siete de estas fotografías "bisagra", sugiriendo un inventario de reflexiones acerca del complejo amorío entre la imagen fotográfica y un mundo contemporáneo de textura cada vez más extraña.

With the participants I will share my experience and the lessons I have learned over my 10 years of photography carrier. I will discuss step by step how I have been manoeuvring as a self-taught photographer –in the workshop we will dive into the nuts and bolts of starting out as a professional photographer. We will also discuss the nitty-gritty details of crafts and philosophical aspects of photographic practice.

The workshop will focus on refining and understanding the use of light in photography. Combining both technical and poetical approaches to light, Verzone will guide 15 participants through the practical and narrative fields of lighting.
